The ice cream begins with fresh milk from their cows, who graze on lush pasture in the heart of the Blackmore Vale - less than 4 miles from Sturminster Newton.

All their ice cream is made in small-batches just yards from the milking parlour - from the fields to the freezer, it all happens right there on the farm.
