yoga, meditation & breathwork

We are thrilled to welcome Ruu Campbell back to Semley. After leading programmes at Verve Festival and being announced as the featured teacher at WOMAD this year, he will be running sessions for us throughout Sunday.

There will be a powerful mix of yoga, meditation and breathwork raising the energy and soothing the mind. Expect both deep relaxation and dynamic physical activity. The last one of the day will be meditation accompanied by music from Kanekt. The sessions are suitable for everyone, from families to guests on their own.
