tai chi sessions

You don't need any experience, you don't need to be flexible, and you don't need to bring any kit for it. Just come along for a short 20 minute introduction from Poppy.

Alcohol

We ask that you support our bars inside the festival site.

We want everyone to have a great time, but in order to ensure that alcohol is served appropriately, we will be running a Challenge 25 approach where anyone who is lucky enough to look under 25 will be asked to produce a suitable photo id before they are served (or if they are seen drinking alcohol on-site).  If you think this might affect you, please bring a suitable form of id to avoid any misunderstandings.

Photography

Please be aware that by entering the festival you are likely to be photographed/videoed and that you consent to your photograph, and or any likeness being used, without any compensation, for use in any and all media and you release Semley Music Festival from any liability whatsoever of any nature. If you do not wish to be photographed please let the photographer know.

Children

Semley Music Festival will be providing children's entertainment as safely as possible, but children remain the responsibility of their parents/ guardians and should be supervised at all times. In the event of any problems or concerns on the day, please raise the issue with one of the festival team. Please refer to our Safeguarding Policy for further details

Disabled Access

The festival is a short distance from the car park, but as the festival is on the village common there are some slopes to negotiate and the ground can be uneven. We will do whatever we can to ensure that any disabled person can enjoy the festival. However, it should be noted that the event is outdoors and there are elements that we cannot control. If you have any specific questions, please feel free to contact us via the website links or simply make your requirements known on the day.

Dogs

Dogs are allowed at the festival, but we do request that owners keep their dogs under control at all times and clean up after them as necessary.
